Woman and yoga is a good combination. Women life is very busy and full of
difficulties. She has to suffer with lots of problems in her whole life. She is
our mother, sister, wife and a good helper. She has to work hard. We should
protect her and respect her. She has to cook, take care of her husband,
children and other family members. A family depends on a woman. If she is
healthy then means the family will be healthy, happy and will achieve success
in life.
If
a woman works in an office then her responsibilities increase more and at this
time yoga helps her in a better way. Once you start doing yoga your life will
become complete. Here follow some notes:
Wake up early in the morning before
sunrise. Women often have a big problem with headaches but once you have
started waking up in the morning; you will never get the headache problem and
other diseases such as migraine and vertigo etc. Once you wake up wash your face
and keep your eyes open, put water in them and wash them properly. After that,
drink 2-3 glasses water and then go to the toilet and clean your stomach.
After that walk on the green grass for
10-15 minutes; it is very good for your eyes and to get a shining on your face.
If it is not possible then you can go for yoga directly. Clean breaths by
Pranayama, body by asana and mind by meditation. You will feel a freshness and
healthy. Then you may take a bath after half an hour. After bathing you can
cook food for your family. Everyone, before going to the kitchen, should clean
themselves first. After having done yoga you will soon get no more sickness or
tiredness. It will be very easy to care
for your children and family. Your mind will be fresh and you will start
thinking positively. Through yoga, you always will keep smiling. Some asanas
are very important for a woman; including markatasan, ustrasan, suptavajrasan,
savasan, tadasan, uttanpadasan etc. Some of them are shown in the pictures.
These asanas help in a better way during menstruation. Some women have a big
problem during menstruation and feel too much pain but regular practicing of
yoga will reduce the pain and, through breathing exercise, no more pimples will
come on the face. The face will shine and asanas will make you flexible and
strong and your mind will be in peace.
Woman
is the mother of all human beings and it's our duty to provide her with the
best education - particularly yoga, so that she starts living in good health
and in a peaceful environment. Wherever the woman is respected, there is
happiness and peace prevails. Yoga is an easy way to empower the woman
physically, mentally and spiritually.
How
To Create A Happy Life
1.
Get
up early in the morning before sunrise and sleep before 11 pm.
2.
Meditate
on God, recite his name continuously according to your belief.
3.
Do
physical exercise for 30 minutes and particularly yoga and breathing exercises.
4.
Start
morning with the positive atmosphere and learn to smile at people close to you.
Pay respect whoever is around you in the morning.
5.
Meditate
2 minutes before leaving for your daily work like office or school, university,
etc. Pray to God, Oh God, protect me so that I can finish all my work today
without any obstacle and solve all problems without getting worried.
6.
If
someone makes a mistake, do not get angry quickly but try to understand why he
or she had made the mistake. Do not backbite, criticize. Keep your mind calm.
If you do not like someone or do not want to help someone, just calmly tell him
or her that you are facing difficulties at that time. But if things are good
you will try best to do the needful.
7.
Try
to spare an hour to relax and joke with children or whoever is close to you.
8.
Spare
sometimes to serve mother earth like gardening, cleaning and planting etc. this
will create love within and help in developing compassion.
9.
If
you are too stressed, angry, worry just don't eat and go for fasting till you
calm completely. But if you eat while too much anger, stress, the food will
become a poison and your digestion system will become weak. Hence, you are
inviting new disease by doing so.
10. Remember always whatever happens to
you is always for the good cause. And whatever does not happen is for the
better. Therefore, in both situation happiness or sadness, lose or defeat, be
calm and think positive that by this incident you have learnt great lesson and
now will be more careful and will not repeat the same mistakes.
11. Eat clean food and reduce the meat
from your menu. Try to have meal which is prepared at home. Food made at home
will give you more positive energy then eaten at outside.
12. Clean your feet and mouth by water
before go to bed in the night, try to massage your head 3-4 minutes with oil so
that you can have sound sleep. Remember and contemplate on God and feel that
you have completed the job with nicely and if any mistakes made knowingly or
unknowingly, Oh God, do forgive and give me now a sound sleep so that I can
rest completely in your lap. And when I get up early morning next day, I get up
with smile and with the new energy.
