If your
can see the cheeks by your eyes and big stomach visible, when wearing
pent-shirt and big hips, when walk. It means you are victim of Obesity.
By having developed this disease you are reducing your
life and inviting several other diseases as all blood channels are slowly
blocked. Hence, the air and water related disease start taking place. At
extreme occurs heart attack.
Cause:
Overeating, sweet and cold food, no exercise. Sleep in
day time and work in night time, always sitting on chair and too much mentally
involved in work like businessman, etc.
Cure:
Always eat
homemade food, reduce all kind of meats.
Pray
before eating.
Take light
food with lots of vegetables and fruits.
Avoid junk
food, oily and heavy meals, and do regular yoga exercise.
Early
morning drink a glass of water with a teaspoon honey and juice of lime. Then
walk for 30 minutes. After that, do Kapalbhati Pranayam and yoga exercise.
Fat people
should drink water before having meal. Fat people become thin by doing this.
Avoid
smoking and too much alcohol, and sleep in day time.
Get up
early in the morning before sunrise and sleep before 10.30 pm.
Water
intake after meal is harmful for fat people.
Take
honey, lime juice, and little salt with little warm water.
Take juice
of turmeric regularly.
Take a
juice of Luffa and Bitter Gourd in the morning and evening.
Underweight
Cause:
Not eating properly, too much exercise, no rest, too
much fasting, full of anger, greed, too much sexual desire, never happy, always
feel sad. Always see the negative sides of others. All these symptoms cause
person becomes weak and slowly loses memory and invites not only physical
disease but also mental like stress and insomnia etc, is victims of Vatta
disease, weak digestion, angry all time, too much worry, hyperactive and
restless.
Cure:
Thin
people should drink water after having meal.
Water
taking an hour after meal makes body strong.
Eat small
piece of ginger with salt, 10 minutes before lunch and dinner.
Do Asana
and Pranayama regularly
Take 4
raisins and drink a glass of water before sleep.
Keep
yourself mentally calm.
Don't do
heavy exercise like weightlifting etc.
Do light
exercise and be regular.
Take five
tea spoons of pure honey and two spoon of ghee (butter) and mix up with one
glass of boiled milk but already cool and drink it before sleep.
